Smart Glasses
How do I connect smart glasses to NURIOX?+
Turn on the glasses, enable Bluetooth on your iPhone, keep the glasses close to the phone and open the connection area in NURIOX. Follow the on-screen pairing instructions.
My glasses will not connect. What should I check?+
Make sure the glasses are charged and powered on, Bluetooth is enabled, the glasses are close to your iPhone and they are not actively connected to another device. Restart the glasses and NURIOX, then try pairing again.
The glasses disconnect during use. What can I do?+
Keep the iPhone within normal Bluetooth range, check the battery level of both devices and reduce nearby wireless interference where possible. Reconnect the glasses in NURIOX if the connection is interrupted.
The display in the glasses is not showing text.+
Confirm that the glasses are connected in NURIOX and that the feature you are using is active. Restart the session and reconnect the glasses. If the issue continues, contact Support with the glasses model and a description of what you see.
Can I use prescription lenses with the glasses?+
Compatibility with prescription lenses depends on the specific glasses model and fitting method. Do not modify or fit lenses in a way that may damage the hardware. Follow the product instructions supplied with your glasses.

Transcription & Offline Mode
How does real-time transcription work?+
Start a transcription session and speak normally near the iPhone microphone or supported input. NURIOX converts speech into readable text in real time and can display that text on the phone and, when connected, compatible smart glasses.
What is Offline Mode?+
Offline Mode allows English speech transcription to continue without an internet connection. It is designed for situations such as travel, poor coverage or airplane mode.
Which language is currently supported in Offline Mode?+
The current Offline Mode supports English transcription.
Is Offline Mode as accurate as Online Mode?+
Accuracy can differ between online and offline processing. Speech clarity, background noise, pronunciation, microphone position and device conditions can also affect results.
Why is transcription inaccurate or missing words?+
Move closer to the speaker, reduce background noise, speak clearly, confirm the selected language and check microphone access. For Online Mode, also verify your internet connection.
Transcription is not starting. What should I check?+
Confirm that microphone access is enabled for NURIOX. If you are using Online Mode, check internet connectivity. Close and reopen the session if the microphone or connection was interrupted.

Translation
How do I use translation?+
Open the translation feature, select the languages you need and follow the controls shown in NURIOX. The app can assist with two-way communication between supported languages.
Why can a translation be different from the original meaning?+
Automated translation can make mistakes, especially with names, technical terminology, accents, incomplete sentences or noisy audio. Review important translations before relying on them.
Does translation always work offline?+
Not necessarily. Availability depends on the selected feature and language. Features that require an online service will need an internet connection.

AI Assistant
What is the NURIOX AI Assistant?+
NURIOX can provide access to supported third-party AI assistants from within the app. The list of available providers may change over time.
Why can the AI Assistant give an incorrect answer?+
AI-generated responses can be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. Do not treat AI output as guaranteed fact, professional advice or an emergency service.
Why is the AI Assistant unavailable without internet?+
Third-party AI services generally require an internet connection. Offline transcription and online AI functionality are separate features.

Account & Sign-In
How do I sign in?+
Enter your email address in NURIOX. A unique verification code will be sent to that email. Enter the code in the app to complete sign-in.
I did not receive my verification code. What should I do?+
Check that the email address is correct, look in Spam or Junk, wait briefly and request a new code. If codes still do not arrive, contact support@nuriox.com.
Can I share my NURIOX account with another person?+
NURIOX accounts are intended for individual use. Do not share verification codes or allow another person to use your account credentials.
Can my employer access my account because it bought the glasses?+
No. NURIOX does not currently provide employer dashboards or corporate account administration. Ownership of the glasses does not itself give an employer access to an individual NURIOX account.
